Refund Policy

At Cuban Salsa Club, we aim to keep things fair and simple.

Class Passes & Packs

All class passes, term bookings, and multi-class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

 

Casual Classes

 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class may receive a credit. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

 

Private Lessons

 

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the session. Private lesson packs are non-refundable.

Workshops & Events

 

Tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may receive a credit. If we cancel an event, you’ll be offered a refund or credit.

 

We understand that life happens — if something unexpected comes up, please contact us and we’ll review your situation.

 

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
